We request the final count and payment balance seven (7) days before the event.  Menu prices per person are based on your total head count. If the minimum head count goes down we may re-price your menu 10 % increase. If the count goes up after you have given us your final count, we will be happy to accommodate your increase.

In case of guest overage the Client is responsible for that additional head count that exceed the final count

Island Delight has the right to substitute any items of equal value on the menu if it is not available/ seasonal or if we have any unforeseen circumstances.

Upon signing of this contract we require 50 % deposit of the entire bill.  A 20 % Gratuity is applicable unless otherwise agreed upon.  Also total amount of this bill is taxable.

Caterer shall not be held liable for any damage in the event that performance shall be delayed or prevented by fire or the act of God.  Island Delight does not assume or accept any responsibility for any damage of the location, loss of personal property articles or broken.

 

ISLAND Delight CATERING INC. reserves the rights to sub-contract any or all parts of its obligations hereunder and is not responsible for any part of the sub-contracted order.

This Agreement may be cancelled or rejected if the Client fails to pay any payment when due.

If total invoice amount is not paid in full by due date, Caterer has the rights to add a surcharge/ late fee of up to 40 % of the adjusted invoice amount.

 

Any Delivery and Set-up the Client is totally responsible for all equipment and Utensils that are left at the location.  There is a $50.00 deposit for equipment & utensils, which is fully refunded after all equipment and utensils are retrieved by Island Delight Inc.

 

Order that is only for Delivery and Set-up are subject to a fee minimum of $50.00.

 

Upon acceptance and signing of this contract a 50 % deposit of the entire bill, required. Should the client cancel an event for any reason whatever, customer shall be liable for supplies / food and labor cost that is sustain by Island Delight if this amount exceed the Retainer Fee.
